The process to designing this app was split into three sections: the research, prototyping and the promotional video.

The research element of this product was very important and navigated how I would be able to create the final outcome. I would create personas, based on user and expert interviews, which allowed me to see how a user would use the app, what pain points would appear and what opportunities there were to fix them. For example, a pain point would be that the user could not find sustainable clothing items within their price range, and an opportunity for this would be to add in preferences settings so they can set their personal price budget.

The prototyping section of this project was where the design began to come together. The low, medium and high fidelity wireframes were a really successful way of planning out how to design the app in sections. I used the low fidelity wireframe to navigate what would be a successful layout, for the images, buttons, type ect, and which pages I wanted to use for each section. Throughout each wireframe I gathered advice from my peers and uni staff to see what would make the design more accessible and work better.

The overall outcome is successful, with a clear identity throughout the app, accessible layouts and text.
